OUR PRODUCTION


We control the entire production process independently and completely autonomously.
From finding and harvesting the raw materials through to the preparation and packaging the products: we produce everything in-house. 
Each and every one of these products is the result of true and careful handwork that takes place in the family.
Production features and guidelines:

  • For our complete assortment we only use carefully selected and seasonal fresh harvested vegetables and truffles exclusively from our region;

  • Every single product is carefully selected and subject to strict quality controls;




  • We maintain the traditional ancient craftsmanship of Molisian cuisine and combine it with the latest technologies that we use for food processing to meet the highest quality standards and guarantee the safe processing of food;




  • All our products are made exclusively on the basis of traditional recipes and preparations from our region Molise.

Our product range


Our product range comprises two product lines:

Truffles

Fresh seasonal truffle, 100% truffle products, truffle-based creams, truffle-flavored oils.

Each product is made exclusively with 100% Truffle from Molise and extra virgin olive oil. The entire line is characterised by a SIMPLE AND VERY DELICATE TASTE, suitable for the most sensitive and refined palates.

SOTT'OLI

Fresh seasonal vegetables cut and put into jars by hand (asparagus, cardarelle, champignons, aubergines, peppers, courgettes, chicory puntarelle, and more), using only 100% extra virgin olive oil of Italian origin and without the addition of preservative or chemical additives.

Each product is characterised by a particularly crunchy consistency, a FRAGRANT fragrance and a FRESH and NATURAL flavour.
