OUR FAMILY BUSINESS


The idea of the company springs from a hobby shared in our family, the search for truffles, which is inseparable from the love of good Italian cuisine, the passion for nature and the care of culinary customs and traditions from the Molise.
In 2010, the hobby became an entrepreneurial idea, also shared in the family, first as "Sapori Italiani", then as "Il Sapore del Molise", in order to tell, through the taste and smell of truffles and sott'oli, the characteristics of a territory: MOLISE.

Our aim is to preserve and pass on the natural and genuine taste of our products, because they carry the unmistakable characteristics of a very special region: Molise.

The company's strategy is closely tied to our region and has the sole purpose of bringing to the table typical and original family recipes characterised by their authenticity and simplicity.

The characteristic cuisine of the Molise, also called "Buon Cibo", and the authenticity of its natural foods are an inseparable unity.

Our company has therefore set itself the task to process regional
products in such a way that each one of them becomes a testimony to our personal goal: to combine the preservation of the traditional values of the Molise food culture with the highest quality standards and state-of-the-art production methods.
